Evening Practical AI School

If you're an individual who wants hands-on training in how to use AI tools, the human2human Evening Practical AI School takes you through eight modules, in evening sessions and groups of up to 10, so you get to know AI and actually put it to work. We run the school in compact cohorts every two months - six starts a year - so every participant gets feedback on their own work.

Eight modules across three intensive evening weeks - from AI fundamentals and prompting, through generative tools and agentic workflows, to your own personal implementation plan. The same practical curriculum as our corporate program, condensed into a focused three-week format.

We run the school in both Croatian and English.

1. Module 1

   Introduction to AI and business application

   What AI is today, an overview of leading platforms, GDPR basics, and identifying AI opportunities in your own work.

2. Module 2

   Prompting and AI workflows

   Writing high-quality prompts and structured templates, chain-of-thought and sequential directives, and validating AI outputs on real tasks - for consistent everyday use.

3. Module 3

   Generative AI for content

   AI tools for text, images, audio, and video, with a hands-on mini-campaign and human review checkpoints.

4. Module 4

   Prompt and directive library and standardization

   Organizing your prompt library, team standards, audit trail, and evaluation against practical goals.

5. Module 5

   AI safety, risk, and behavioral frameworks (guardrails)

   GDPR and the EU AI Act, hallucinations, prompt-injection risk, and internal AI safety directives.

6. Module 6

   Agentic AI and automation

   AI assistants, automated workflows, and agents - integrations with business systems and control points.

7. Module 7

   Personal implementation

   30-60-90 implementation plan for your own role, your own AI policy notes, and how to introduce what you learned back to your team.

8. Module 8

   Final steps / Conclusion / Manager Chat

   Structured wrap-up and a Manager Chat: AI strategy, KPIs, ROI, and managing AI transformation in your day-to-day.

Online, evenings, four sessions per week (Monday to Thursday) over three intensive weeks - twelve sessions in total. Croatian language. Maximum ten attendees per cohort. Each session is built around hands-on exercises using your own tools and tasks - what you learn on Monday, you can apply by Tuesday.

You sign up directly through our contact form - pick the cohort that fits your schedule. After we receive your enquiry, we send a short questionnaire to map your existing AI knowledge and the work you'd like to apply it to. The methodology is the same as the corporate program - only the format changes.

Sessions run in Croatian, evenings, online. English-language cohorts are scheduled on request when a full group of ten attendees can be assembled.
